Super stylish mid century Italian drinks cabinet made from rosewood, iron and brass components. This highly unusual and attractive piece is most likely a custom one off cabinet from the late 50’s or early 60’s. It comprises of two cabinet units suspended from adjustable iron sides with solid brass feet. The bottom cabinet opens like a regular door from left to right and the top unit has a drop down down door with mirrored interior and glass shelf. Sourced from a privtate collector in Milan this free standing drinks cabinet will look amazing in a whole variety of different settings. Personally I think it is a perfect piece for those tricky to fill and utilise alcoves either side of a chimney breast but as I said previously with the neat proportions it will literally work in a wide variety of settings. Both cabinets are also lockable by the same original key. Hand carved and ebonised detailing to the front of the units adds a most unusual yet extremely desirable effect to the overall aesthetic of the cabinet.
